At 98 years young, Tao Porchon-Lynch is truly a living proof of the effectiveness of decades-long yogic practice. A yoga teacher for over 30 years, her incarnation has also included being a championship ballroom dancer, actress, French resistance fighter, model, screenwriter and producer – among other things. Tao has many inspiring life stories to share, including from her childhood in India and her years of study with many of India's Yoga masters.
