Tuition: $20 and $10 for lunch

As a child, you knew how to eat intuitively. You knew how to feel perfectly nourished, and you enjoyed being free in your body, moving exactly as you pleased. That freedom is still accessible to you.

Whether you have experienced an eating disorder or you simply don’t completely love your body, this workshop is for you. You will be empowered, you will relearn how to eat intuitively, and you will reinvigorate your natural essence.

This Workshop Offers:

- Techniques for healing your relationship with food while learning to love your body
- Yoga Asana
- Guided Meditation
- Optional Lunch 

Lisa Snyder is a New York based MINDFRESH, Love Your Body, and Jivamukti Yoga teacher. Her spiritual practice has transformed her entire life, including healing a 20 year struggle with food, so she teaches to share what she loves. Originally from California, Lisa has traveled throughout Europe and Asia to deepen her practice. She is deeply grateful to Mooji Baba and her brother Danny for their enduring guidance.
