10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Yin/Yang Yoga Class with David & Nikki. Includes 45 minutes of a strong vinyasa flow (yang) with David, followed by 45 minutes of restorative yoga, ending in yoga nidra plus a sound bath (yin) with Nikki.
2:00 - 4:00 PM: Chanting & Meditation with Radha Ma. Includes a sharing circle, chanting of ancient Sanskrit mantras and a led meditation.
