Juliet Leight

With over a decade of practice, Juliet received her Yoga Teacher Training (YYT) in 2015. Her teaching style is rooted in alignment-based Vinyasa, with a strong emphasis on pranayama (breathwork) and linking movement with breath. Juliet believes in the power of yoga to restore balance to the body and mind, promoting mental clarity, emotional well-being, and a calm nervous system.

In addition to her work as a yoga teacher, Juliet is a therapist and school counselor, integrating mindfulness-based somatic therapies with traditional talk therapy. She works with individuals and children, helping them navigate emotional challenges and fostering growth through both movement and conversation.

Juliet creates a supportive space for students of all levels to explore yoga’s physical and spiritual dimensions, offering a mindful practice that encourages self-awareness, healing, and personal growth both on and off the mat.
