Heart of Vinyasa Weekend: Balancing Effort and Release

March 6th & 7th

Registration info coming soon.

Join Nikki & David for a weekend of inspired practice, nature & fun times.

Heart of Vinyasa is a lifelong method of practice rooted in traditional teachings and informed by contemporary understandings of the body and nervous system.

We begin by releasing muscles, joints, and deep layers of tension. From this grounded foundation, we move into a steady flow that trains strength, balance, concentration, and equanimity. Expect to sweat to re-set as we get our hearts moving into a full body experience.

Weekend offerings include:
• Heart-centered Vinyasa classes that are both strong and spacious
• Yoga Nidra with live sound bath for deep nervous-system reset
• Sound bath
• A pilgrimage through the sacred forest

This is an invitation to step away from the noise, the roles, and the endless doing.
Put aside the outside chatter and come hOMe to the ashram for a weekend to re-set & renew.

Leave feeling energized , lighter, and with a clearer vision of how to cultivate a meaningful life long practice.
