Rooted in the living tradition of Yoga Vedanta and grounded in traditional Ashtanga yoga sequences, this training develops the capacity to teach with clarity, steadiness, and authenticity—adapting practice intelligently for all levels, bodies, and stages of life.

Step into a two-week immersive yoga laboratory—an environment designed for transformation through practice, study, and direct experience. Set within the contemplative rhythm of ashram life, the experience is supported by disciplined practice, community, and a focused, distraction-free environment.

At Ananda Ashram, through practice we learn to teach
