Almost Every Weekend(Sat-Sun) from March 7th to June 14th

(No Classes on March 14-15, April 11-12 & May 9-10)

Join us on weekends from spring to summer. Immerse yourself in a profound exploration of the art and science of Yoga. Learn Yoga philosophy and psychology directly by chanting and study of the original source material, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Learn basic Sanskrit to pronounce poses and chant with confidence. Gain a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring the timeless teachings of Yoga into your daily life and to impart them to others. We will focus on Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of asana practice inspired by the teachings of Krishnamacharya and the Mysore tradition and presented in the light of Guru Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati’s lineage. Both restorative and vigorous practices will be explored. You will develop a profound connection to your own practice and receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification upon completion of the training.

Typical Daily Schedule Saturday - Sunday

6-8a.m. Asana Practice
8-9a.m. Breakfast
9-10a.m. Meditation
10:15a.m.-12:30p.m. Sanskrit and/or Yoga Philosophy
12:30-1:15p.m. Lunch
1:30-5:30p.m. Afternoon Study
5:30-6:30p.m. Dinner
7-9p.m. Anatomy or Methodology
